THE second in a series of open days at the Essex Fire Service museum adjacent to Grays Fire Station off Hogg Lane takes place today (Tuesday, 9 August).

If you are planning to attend you are asked to email the museum ([email protected]) with the number of people in your party and the time you would like to arrive.

The museum is open from 10am to 4pm.

If you plan to attend you are asked to park on the grass at the front of Grays Fire Station. The museum is free entry but there will be things to purchase on the day (refreshments, toys etc). Cash only - no cards.
