THURROCK Milliner, Katie Vale, has recently had one of her hats on display in Hong Kong at the prestigious Sasa Ladies Purse Day Racing Event.

Her design was chosen by a panel to represent British millinery at its finest among display of 10 hats from all over the world.

The chosen design was originally worn by Katie herself to Royal Ascot in 2021 and always draws attention in her studio due to its striking colour combination and dramatic style.

Based in Thurrock, Katie Vale Designs is a busy boutique business designing hats for ladies to wear to weddings and race day events throughout the world. Katie is also co founder and director of the British Millinery Association.
