Help on hand for parents with anxious children

A WORKSHOP to help parents understand anxieties expressed by their children has been organised in Thurrock in the new year.
The free workshop for parents and careers will be held at Chadwell Children's Centre on Monday, 20 January from 12 noon to 3pm.
You will need to reserve a place on the course, entitled 'Aiding Your Anxious Child' by calling 01375 372476.
A spokesperson for North East London NHS Foundation Trust, which operates a number of healthcare service in Thurrock and is running the workshop, said: "Remember you're not alone, help and support is available."
