THE much-awaited spring festival of Holi is fast approaching – it is a vibrant celebration of new beginnings, Colours & the triumph of good over evil!
We warmly invite you all to join us for a fun-filled, family-friendly Holi Celebration organised by the Indian Community in Thurrock.
Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, 7th March 2026
- Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Venue: 1st Ockendon Scouts Hall, Tamarisk Road, South Ockendon, RM15 6JH, Thurrock
- Theme: "Rang Barse – Celebrate Unity in Every Colour!" EVERYONE WELCOME !
What's in store:
- Traditional colour play with organic, skin-safe & eco-friendly dry gulal (free sachets included!)
- Holika Dahan-inspired symbolic start (safe & controlled).
- High-energy Bollywood music for non-stop dancing.
- Live performances, dhol, singing .
- Delicious Indian street food & Traditional MIlk based drink - THANDAI ,is included in the Ticket.
- Photo booth to capture your colourful memories.
- Community get-together – bring your white clothes & festive spirit!
