How volunteering makes a huge difference and gave purpose to Hardie Park volunteer Carol

IT'S Volunteers' Week from tomorrow (Wednesday, 1 July) and one of the people behind the succes story that is community-run Hardie Park in Stanford-le-Hope has spoken about what a difference volunteering can make.

Carol, from Grays, works in the cafe at the park and in a podcast she tells how she became a volunteer, how it has changed her life, and why if you haven't tried volunteering yet, you should give it a go!
