It's an electric breakdown

TRAFFIC delays built up in Grays this morning after an electric vehicle broke down around 7.40 on the Treacle Mine roundabout.

Passing motorists attempted to help, including the offer of a tow but it was not possible to move the vehicle without power so a breakdown truck was required.

Police attended but traffic built up on the approach roads.
