Latest defib is installed in South Ockendon

THE latest automated external defibrillator organised by the borough-based Katies Heart Appeal has been installed.

Its installation outside the Thurrock Lifestyle Solutions in South Ockendon at Derwent Parade was cleberated at a short ceremny

Charlotte Davies from the appeal said: "We would like to say a huge thank you to fundraiser Fred Graham for raising funds for Katie's Heart Appeal, to Griffin Residential Group for donating funds for us to buy the cabinet and to Vince Knight of VK Electrical Services Ltd for installing the cabinet for us free of charge.
