DEVELOPERS continue to tinker with their plans as they have squeezed more properties into the development on the site of the former Pullman Tavern in Grays.

A block of flats built behind the pub has been a headline-grabber for several years as residents have moved in only to find a catalogue of problems with the building.

And there have been many applications to change the layout and design of the builds as the project has stuttered from step to step.

PLANS have been submitted to change a launderette in Grays to a shop selling food and drink.

The application is to make changes to a building at 206 London Road, which has been home to the Total Laundry.
