Field service engineers 

A next-generation electric vehicle company is currently searching for a number of field service engineers based local to Thurrock, operating within the Greater London area.

Among responsibilities:

• All aspects of PSV (Bus) maintenance, inspection, fault diagnostics and repairs at customers premises and if required, at the service centre.
• Utilising the latest available field service engineering technical guides and documentation to effect cost effective and efficient repairs.
• To liaise with customers, call centre and parts staff to report defects, order required spares, to enable job completion in a timely fashion.
