A THURROCK councillor has urged borough residents to take part in a final consultation about the proposed Lower Thames Crossing.

East Tilbury councillor Fraser Massey says that input from local people can still make a difference to what might happen and that the crossing route is not a 'done deal'.

He was speaking to Thurrock Nub News at yesterday's consultation meeting in Linford which was well attended.

And he hoped residents will turn out in equal force at up and coming information events which include South Ockendon on 17 March and Grays on 21 March. More details HERE
