A CZECH man living in Thurrock changed his plea to guilty and will now face sentence after admitting stalking and harassing a woman in Grays.

Included in his litany of offences was sending her handwritten notes - one which had his fingerprint in blood inside a heart on it.

Tomas Endler, 36, of Charles Street, Grays, admitted a course of conduct which amounted to the stalking of the woman.

He attended the betting shop where she worked and waited outside for her a closing time, refusing to leave. He also followed her to the railway station.

He also told customers inside the shop that he was waiting for her to finish work to have sex with her.

Endler has been released on bail pending his sentence at Basildon Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, 22 January on condition he does not contact the woman, who Thurrock Nub News has chosen not to name, interfere with witnesses of go within 100 yards of the betting shop in Clarence Road, Grays.
