A GROUP that offers support to people suffering with mental health is looking for volunteers.

Reach Out for Mental Health is a mental health and suicide prevention service supporting anyone in the community who is going through a tough time.

Its director, Kirsty Eaton, explained: "We provide a free 12 week befriending service offering emotional support via phone, and a 'walk and talk' service across Essex and a coffee morning in Grays.

"Volunteers need to be over 18. Check out our video clip for more information and how to apply."
