PLANS have been submitted to Thurrock Council to divide a property in Stanford-le-Hope and create a new homes as well as a house of multiple occupancy for up to six people.

The applicants for the development at 41 Southend Road says proposal is to split the existing house (No.41) into two separate dwellings and one converted to a six person HMO under permitted development rights.

The other, 41b will be converted into a 2 to 3 bedroom end of terrace property similar to the planning approval (Ref:16/00489/FUL).
