New plan for 17 flats in Aveley on cleared site

A PLAN has been put to Thurrock Council for 17 flats to be built on land in Aveley.
The site of the development is 26 to 28 Purfleet Road, which has already been cleared of all former buildings.
If the plan is approved, in their place will be a detached, three-storey residential building fronting on to Purfleet Road.
It will provide 17 flats in total, 12 with two bedrooms and five with one bedroom.
The scheme is a modified version of a 17 flats (six one bedroom and 11 two bedroom flats) scheme which was approved in 2013 but never built.
