THURROCk'S community policing team has taken a non-roadworthy vehicle off the highways.

The veheicle was stopped by the policing team in Tilbury on Monday (12 February).

The driver was not wearing a seatbelt, was not insured and was reported for traffic offences and received a prohibition notice when it was noticed that all four tyres were bald.

The vehicle was also seized.
