Orsett begins Remembrance weekend

RESIDENTS of Orsett attended as Thurrock began a weekend of Remembrance Services at the villages's war memorial on Saturday, 9 November.

A service was led by Rev Sue Mann and among many who laid wreaths were borough mayor Cllr Kairen Raper and East Thurrock MP James MacMurdock.

Grays Town Band provided the music.
