Party time at the Pantry

By Nub News Reporter 10th May 2025

RESIDENTS in Purfleet-on-Thames enjoyed a traditional street party today (Saturday, 10 May).

It was organised on the Garrison Estate by the local Community Pantry and proved a big success.

Cllrs Aaron Green and Lee Watson

Among those supporting and helping at the event were ward councillors Lee Watson and Aaron Green who told Nub News what was going on - and Cllr Green even turned his hand to candy-floss making.
