MEMBERS of Thurrock branch of the Re-engage charity's group five were treated to afternoon tea hosted by the amazing team from Procter & Gamble's West Thurrock plant.

The tea party on Sunday (8 March) was organised by Eylem Brooks, supported by her team of P&G employees who generously volunteered their time to look after the guests.

Regional organiser Loraine Coleman said: "A huge thank you to Eylem, Glen, Toni, Mark, Gregg, Kelly and Caesar and Ricky for making the day so special.

"Our guests enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea followed by a lively game of prize bingo which brought lots of laughter and smiles all around.

"We were also delighted to welcome three new guests – Alex, Graham and Michael – to our tea party family.

"To make the day even more special, all of our guests went home with a food goody bag as well as a lovely gift bag filled with laundry products from P&G.

"A very big thank you to our wonderful volunteers who always take such great care of our guests. Without your continued support, these special events simply would not be possible.

"Many happy memories made."
