Police closed garage for forensic examination after gang fight

A PETROL service station and shop was closed by police this morning (Saturday, 17 January) to facilitate a forensic examination after a clash between two gangs.

The service station on the Daneholes roundabout at Blackshots opened around midday after police completed their work.

Staff at the garage said they had discovered blood on the floor outside the shop and around the petrol pumps when they arrived to open up.
