Police release image of man wanted in connection with theft from car

POLICE officers investigating a theft from a vehicle in Tilbury have released an image of a man they want to speak to.

An object was thrown at a white Citroen flatbad van at around 3.40pm on 13 December as it was parked in a service road behind Calcutta Road.

The passenger side window was damaged and a computer monitor was stolen from inside.

A police statement says: "We now want to speak to this man in connection with the incident.

"If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.

"Please quote the crime reference number 42/221006/23.
