ESSEX Police have issued an appeal for local people's help as they continue to search for a mising Grays man, whose location is a cause for concern.

That concern is such police have asked people who may have information to call 999.

A statement says: "Can you help us find Ali Pazirofteh? The 20-year-old has not been in contact with anyone since Thursday, 5 December.

"We're concerned and want to make sure Ali is okay.

"We're carrying out enquiries in the Grays area as we believed he may be there.

"If you're with Ali, know where he is or have any information that could help us find him, please contact us on 999 and quote incident 459 of 6 December."
