POLICE officers investigating a serious collision in Vange, are releasing images of a car they want to identify.

At around 4.40pm on Thursday, 9 November, a BMW was in collision with a motorbike on the A13 between Stanford-le-Hope towards Basildon.

The black BMW continued on the A13, exiting at Basildon.

The rider of the motorbike, a man aged 30s, sustained serious injuries. 

It is believed that the black BMW (pictured above) failed to stop at the time of the collision and may have damage to the rear nearside.

A police statement says: We're now able to release two images of the car concerned and would ask the public for their help in trying to identify the car and driver by checking any dash cam footage they may have if they were in the area at the time.
