Police seek witnesses to 'hit and run' after car and bike were in collision

POLICE are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage of a collision in Thurrock.

It was reported a white 4x4 car, possibly a Mitsubishi Outlander, and a motorbike were in collision at around 6.10pm on 26 May on the West Thurrock Arterial Road, near the Sainsbury's roundabout (Chafford Hundred).

The rider of the motorbike sustained injuries but the car did not stop at the scene. It was seen driving off towards the B186 which leads to South Ockendon.

The driver of the car is described as white, in his 50s, and of large build.
