HIGH House at Purfleet will once again be hosting its annual pumpkin carving event on Sunday (31 October).

Organisers of the popular family friendly event say: "In keeping with our proud tradition of commemorating the harvests held at High House Manor over the centuries, we're pleased to invite you to High House on Sunday, 31 October from 10.30am until 1.30pm.

"Tickets aren't required, just show up on the day and tea and coffee will be available from our community group hut."
