RESIDENTS in Maunder Close in Chafford Hundred will once again be welcoming visitors from across the Thurrock community to another fundraising event this weekend.

The close has become something of an iconic festive venue in the borough, with residents decorating their homes and collecting for good causes.

Pre-Covid they hosted a spectacular Christmas lights show for St Luke's Hospice which was featured on Nub News (click on link).

And St Luke's will be the recipient of this weekend's Halloween event on Saturday and Sunday which will feature many activities including a spooky graveyard. See details on the poster.

You can find out more on the close Facebook page.
