Children and teachers at Quince Tree Day Nursery in South Ockendon enjoyed a nice slice of cake and a chat about feelings for Place2Be's Children's Mental Health weekwhich begins today (Monday, 6 February) and runs until Sunday.

Their message to everyone is: "Always look after yourself" and "Think Positive, Be Positive".
