Roads warning as gritters are deployed in Thurrock

THURROCK Council has warned drivers across the borough to take care as plummeting temperatures mean some roads may become dangerous.

This evening (Saturday, 9 January) the council issued the following alert: Cold temperatures are once again expected this evening and our gritters will be out across routes in Thurrock.

"If you do need to drive tonight, please do so carefully."
