Santa's sleigh delivers boost for local charity

THURROCK branch of the Re-engage charity was presented with a donation of £500 by the Rotary Club of the Mar Dyke Valley at a recent presentation evening.

The cheque was presented to group co-ordinator Maggie by club chairman Jim Robinson. 

Re-engage volunteers spent a festive evening before Christmas supporting the Rotary Club of Mar Dyke Valley Rotarians on their sleigh, collecting donations from generous Thurrock residents

As a result Re-engage Thurrock were one of theclub's beneficiaries.
