PLANS are racing ahead for Giffards Primary School's fete which will take place on Friday, 1 July from 3.30 to 5pm.

The event at the school on Queen Elizabeth Drive, Corringham, which is supported by Griffin Residential's Stanford-le-Hope branch, will feature stalls and competitions. There will be the ever-popular 'Teddy Tombola'.

Parents and school supporters have been offering donations for the fete, the first for a couple of years because of the covid pandemic.

If you are interested in having a stall at the event email the PSA direct at [email protected] for more information. Raffle prizes from local businesses that

would be willing to donate will be gratefully received.
