Second bid for new home on plot in Tilbury street

PLANS have been submitted to Thurrock Council to knock down a domesic car garage adjacent to a house on a residential Tilbury street and replace it with a new two storey home.

The plan for the site at 26 Bermuda Road, Tilbury, also inclused making access for parking at the rear of the new and exisiting buildings via an access road.

An application earlier this year to build a three bedroomed home on the plot was rejected by planners.
