Two men suffered cuts in incident at shopping parade. Arrests follow and police probe continues

TWO men were injured in an incident on Derwent Parade, South Ockendon on Tuesday afternoon (20 September) just after 4.30pm.

A statement from essex Police says: "We are currently investigating an assault, which took place. We were called to Derwent Parade shortly after 4:30pm following reports of an altercation between two men.

"Both men received minor injuries including cuts.

"Two 21-year-old men, both of no fixed address were arrested on suspicion of affray and since been released under investigation."
