DEVELOPERS hoping to make a green belt site in a borough village into place where five custom, self-build homes could be created, are hoping to get a nod of approval from Thurrock council.

An application has been submitted to Thurrock Council asking for outline planning permission to develop the site to the rear of The Eves on Malvina Close in Horndon on the Hill.

Provision of five self-build residential plots, with main services provided. Allowance of individual units c175 square metres with all amenity works and designs to be decided. Outline planning application for the provision of up to five custom-build dwellings. (All matters reserved). Land adjacent to The Eves, Malvina Close, Horndon on the Hill. Ref.
