Some localised flooding during overnight storm

THERE was some localised flooding, particularly on rural roads, overnight as a thunderstorm swept through the area.
However, no major problems ahev been reported.
Local photographer Rob Lay was out and about at the height of deluge and captured a number of spectacular shots of the lightning, including this image.
