Make a difference to lives of children

By Nub News Reporter 23rd Jul 2025

THURROCK Council's fostering team, will be hosting two online events next month, giving residents the chance to learn more about how they can help and support children.

Whether you're an experienced foster carer or interested in fostering for the first time, you can find out more at one of online events using Microsoft Teams.

After a short presentation you'll have a chance to speak with foster carers and the friendly team.

The service will send you a link when you register by email to say which date you'd like to attend. The events will take place on Monday 4 August from 10am to 11.30.am and from 6 to 7.30pm on Tuesday, 19 August.

Enquire today (via this link) and help change the lives of children in care.
