AS revellers set out to mark the end of the year and start of a new decade, Essex Police's traffic teams have warned drivers they will be out and about and are ready to catch anyone who drink or drug drives.

They have arrested 144 drink drivers, 146 drug drivers and 51 people who have failed to provide a sample.
