A MAN with links to Tilbury is being sought by police, who issued a New year's Eve appeal for information about his whereabouts as they seek to put him back behind bars.

They are looking for Gary Bulmer, aged 27, who is described as being around 5ft 10ins tall, is of a slim build with cropped brown hair and facial hair.

He is wanted on recall to prison and is known to have links to the Brentwood, Tilbury and Chadwell areas of Essex as well as Swindon in Wiltshire.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Grays police station on 101.
