Sudden death was cause for emergency response in town centre

THERE was a sad outcome to an emergency response in Tilbury this morning.

A large number of emergency service vehicles including ambulances attended an alert in the town centre on Calcutta Road.

It has been subsequently confirmed that the response was to a local resident within a private home who suffered a sudden death.
