THURROCK Re-engage Groups T1 and T2 enjoyed an afternoon at Tesco Lakeside on Sunday (7 April).

Guests were treated to a lovely afternoon tea with freshly cooked chips and mini sausages.

Then they played bingo which was great fun followed by a raffle. Everyone went home with a prize.

Group co-ordinator Aileen Long said: "We cannot thank the Tesco team - Angela, Sandra and Sophie - enough for all their hard work and kindness this afternoon.

"Another thank-you goes to Ira Gill, Pip, Wendy, Jo, Liz, Pam, Christine and Linda for driving our guests and for all your help and kindness."

Regional co-ordinator Loraine Coleman added: "The biggest thank you to Tesco's, Angela Mitchell and her team of wonderful kindhearted, generous ladies. Tesco and Angela have supported Thurrock Re-engage for more than eight years now with their amazing community spirit. We are always overwhelmed by their generosity."
