A PERSISTENT property owner in Tilbury is hoping it will be a case of this time lucky after submitted another bid to build a new home on garage and garden land.

It is the third time in a year that an application has been submitted to build the two bedroom dwelling on land adjacent to 25 Byron Gardens.

Both previous submissions have been rejected by planning officers who questioned the scale, positioning and design of the planned hew home – which would replace an existing garage and garden area, and say the development would not reflect the pattern of development within the vicinity of the site and would appear as an incongruous feature within the street.

Undaunted Mr Mirza Siraj Munir has submitted a third application.

It can be viewed via this link where local residents also have the opportunity to contribute their thoughts on the latest application.
