Third coronavirus case is recorded in Thurrock

FOR the second successive day a new case of coronavirus has been reported in Thurrock.

That takes the tally in the borough to three, the first being reported last Sunday.

Across the country 3,269 have been infected. This afternoon (Friday, 20 March) NHS England revealed a further 39 people who tested positive for coronavirus had died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in England to 167.
