Thurrock election results by ward: Ockendon. Leading Reformers deliver big result

ALAN Benson, tipped by many to be a potential leader of the council, and his fellow party member Russell Cherry who was also a councillor after by-elections in May last year, delivered a telling result in Ockendon.

They were joined by Jay Daniel Varley and all three polled more than 1,300 votes each.
