AHEAD of their match with Concord Rangers this afternoon (Saturday, 7 November) Tilbury FC paid a tribute to those who lost their lives in conflict.

A wreath was laid on the centre spot and Grays Thurrock Royal British Legion chairman Peter Eates read the Exhortation and Kohima Epitaph while Dave Honeywell, musical director of Grays Town band played the Last Post and Reveille.

Players, match officials and the crowd observed a two minute silence.
