Trust members will get insight into critical care at local hospitals

THE annual members' meeting of the Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust which runs the region's hospitals including Orsett and Basildon, will take place later this month.

It will be held on Wednesday, 22 September and will provide an insight into the work of local hospitals.

The agenda for the meeting, which will be held online between 5pm and 6.30pm using Microsoft Teams Live will include a report from governors, the financial state of the trust and a keynote speech from acute medicine and critical care consultant Christopher Westall on the future of critical care.
