PLANNING officers have given the green light, in principle, for the demolition of a building and the creation of two new four bedroom detached homes on a plot on Meesons Lane, in Grays.

A previous scheme for three new homes on the site known as Belmont Farm was vetoed but outline approval has now been given for two.

A two storey building currently on the site will be demolished.

The full planning application and decision notice can be viewed via this link.
