What's On: Get set for a festival of markets and more

OUR preview of 'What's On in Thurrock' picks out a selection of events hosted on our events guide.

If you have a local event happening soon, you can 'nub it' for FREE in the What's On section of our website, brought to you in conjunction with Thurrock Rugby Club.

There's a lot going on, and Nub News is here to make sure you know about it.

Every Thursday we bring you event picks - if you have an event happening in the town you want our readers to see, just click the black 'Nub It' button here to add your event for free.

One of the most popular events in Thurrock's pre-season calendar takes place on Sunday (23 November) at the International Cruise Terminal in Tilbury, which will be open from 11am to 4pm. Parking is available in front of the Cruise Terminal.

Entry to the event is free on the day and there is no requirement for pre-booking for visitors.

You will also find Christmas market events on Sunday at Palmer's Campus in Grays and the Masonic Hall in Orsett.

Saturday's festive events include a bazaar at St Michael's Church in Aveley and the PTFA fayre at Warren Primary in Chafford Hundred.
