It's a big weekend in the borough with two major events, the biggest being the 40th anniversary Horndon on the Hill Feast and Fair.

The theme for the two day even that starts on Saturday is Merrie England.

Saturday also breings a big community event in Grays where the U-Turnships organisation, with support from the Riverside Big Local project hosts an Ffro Food Fest.

It will take place in Grays Town Park and you can find out more here. The link includes a video about U-Turnships and the work they do in Thurrock.
