He must now comply with a curfew order for three months under which he must be at his home in Feenan Highway between 10pm and 4am and he will be electronically tagged.

He must also continue his relationship programme but an unpaid community work order was removed.

He did admit possession of a wrap of a class A controlled drug, diamorphine for which he will be sentenced when he appears for trial on the other three charges for theft of toothpaste, Christmas box sets and other items from Boots store in Grays. He has been released on bail, on condition he does not enter the Boots store, and will next appear in court on Thursday, 5 March.

A DOMESTIC violence protection order has been served on a South Ockendon man.

Kemp, who did not appear before court but was served the order by a police officer, shall not evict or exclude the associated person from an address at Gordon Road, Grays, and is prohibited from entering those premises or within 100 metres of them.
