Yet another crash at Marshfoot Road junction

EMERGENCY services attended yet another significant multi-vehicle crash at the Marshfoot Road junction with the A1089 slip road this afternoon (Sunday, 20 June).

The road was closed for a short time after the accident which happened around 1.30pm.

The accident was cleared away and the road, which was heavily sanded because of a fuel spillage, reopened around 3pm

There have been a number of accidents at the junction in recent weeks. Thurrock Nub News reported from the scene of a significant collision last Thursday.
