A TILBURY man has admitted seven charges of making and possessing almost 2,000 indecent images of children and of possessing other offensive pornography including images of people having sex with animals.

Andrew Paul Brand, 28, of Dickens Avenue, was granted bail on condition that he adheres to strict conditions relating to internet access.

THE public vote is now open for residents to help choose the finalists in this year's Thurrock Civic Awards, run by Thurrock Council - though people don't know who they are voting for!
