HAVE you ever wanted to workout but struggled to find childcare? Tired of waiting in the car while your children finish their activities? Are you fed up of travelling to multiple locations to different clubs?
A course of new family fitness classes has been set up in Thurrock where you can train while your children exercise next door!
They are based at the Harris Riverside Academy in Purfleet.
